December Reading Goals

December is going to be a month for me to catch up on some of those ARCs and books from authors that I've been needing to read.  Here are the books I am planning to read in December:

Picture Books:

Whatever my kids bring home from the library, and:

I will also be posting a review for this book as part of a release party later in the month, so check back for that.

Middle Grade Books:

The Real Boyby Anne Ursu

Young Adult Books:

Being Jamie Baker by Kelly Oram

Books for Me:

Erasmus Hobart and the Golden Arrowby Andrew Fish (This is FREE right now)
My Stubborn Heart by Becky Wade

I don't know how many of these books I will actually be able to read.  My plan is to read all of them, but things always seem to come up at the last minute.  I am also hoping to squeeze in a Christmas book or two (or six).  I'm really excited about my book picks this month.  Especially The Real Boy, the Jamie Baker series and Erasmus Hobart and the Golden Arrow.   What books are you reading this month?

  1. I'm excited for you to read The Real Boy! Anne Ursu's Breadcrumbs was really great (except maybe the end) so I expect the same from The Real Boy. And yes! Read books for YOU :D
I'm most excited to finally read Sia by Josh Grayson. It reminds me a bit of Before I Fall so it should be a winner.

    1. I'm excited to read The Real Boy too! I won a hardback copy of it about a month or so ago and I've been dying to read it. I also want to read Sia. I have that one too, but haven't had the chance to read it yet. So many books to read!
